The north side isn’t just where I sell homes. It’s where I’ve always lived. I grew up in a house on Sample Road, bought it from my parents in 2001, and still call it home today. Here’s what I’d want you to know about north side Bloomington homes and the places around them.

The north side mixes established neighborhoods like Blue Ridge, Fritz Terrace, and Marlin Hills with wooded lots and homes tucked into the hills. Homes range from mid-century ranches and split-levels to newer builds on larger lots. Downtown and campus are a short drive south.

Parks and trails
Griffy Lake Nature Preserve offers trails and paddling. Just up the road, Morgan-Monroe State Forest has miles of walking trails, a fire tower, and a fascinating old cemetery tucked in the woods.
