Presentation and photos
I help you prepare each room, then bring in professional photographers and videographers. Every listing gets professional photography and a floor plan. Depending on your home, I may add aerial photos and video to show off the land, the setting, or the way the space flows.
The listing story
Every home has something that sets it apart: the light, the yard, the walk to the park. I write the description around it.
Launch
Your home goes live on the MLS, REMAX.com, and every major home search site, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and Homes.com. I invest in a premium Homes.com package that gives your listing higher visibility and a Matterport 3D tour, so buyers can walk through your home from anywhere. I also pay for Homes.com retargeting digital ads that keep your home in front of interested buyers. Lake homes are featured on LakeHouse.com. And as a member of MIBOR, another Indiana MLS, I can reach buyers across Indianapolis and the surrounding area. I work with a team of professional photographers, videographers and a social media manager to create video, graphics and posts for your home, all guided by my eye for what makes it special. Your home gets shared across many platforms, and we actively drive traffic to it.
Open houses
I host public open houses so buyers can see your home in person. I also hold broker opens, inviting local agents to tour your home without having to schedule a showing with a buyer. They give me honest feedback, and they can see right away whether it fits a buyer they’re working with.
