About me and the Site

I am an Indiana real estate broker (license RB19000033) affiliated with RE/MAX Acclaimed Properties, 3695 S Sare Rd, Bloomington, IN 47401 (company license LC20700100). Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated. RE/MAX® is a registered trademark of RE/MAX, LLC, used under license. RE/MAX, LLC does not operate this Site and is not responsible for its content.

No agency relationship

Using the Site, creating an account or sending me a message does not make me your agent or create a client relationship. An agency relationship begins only when we sign a written agreement, as Indiana law requires.

Listing and property information

Listing information on the Site comes from the Indiana Regional MLS and other sources. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and it may be incomplete, out of date or contain errors. Square footage, lot size, schools, taxes, HOA fees and other details should be verified independently. Listings may be sold, withdrawn or changed at any time. IDX listing information is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

Not professional advice

Content on the Site, including market updates, neighborhood guides, calculators and home value estimates, is general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, mortgage, insurance, inspection, appraisal or survey advice. Calculator results and estimates are approximations. Talk with a qualified professional before making decisions. Neighborhood descriptions reflect my opinions and experience and are not guarantees about any area.

Your account

If you create a home search account, give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell me if you think your account was used without permission. I may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, harvest or download listing data or other content by automated means
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose or to build a competing service
• Send false information, spam or harmful code, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site
• Use the Site in a way that breaks any law, MLS rule or someone else’s rights

Ownership of content

The Site’s text, design, graphics, logos, photos and videos belong to me or the people who licensed them to me, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Listing photos are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires my written permission.

Messages from me

By giving me your contact information, you agree that I may contact you by phone, text and email as described in my Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

Other websites and services

The Site links to and embeds content from other services, such as Homes.com, maps, social media and my home search provider. I don’t control them and am not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I don’t promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither I, RE/MAX Acclaimed Properties, nor our agents or service providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. If I am found liable anyway, my total liability will not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless me and RE/MAX Acclaimed Properties from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Accessibility

I want the Site to be usable by everyone. If you have trouble using any part of it, contact me and I’ll help you get the information another way.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Monroe County, Indiana.

Changes and other terms

I may update these Terms at any time; the effective date shows the latest version. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. My failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
